Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland and is a well-known American actor, singer, and film director. The actress is well-known for her stage work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female) is most well famous for her role as a regular in the TV series That's So Raven. After a brief stint as a musical actor the most famous role she played was that of Chelsea Daniels. Van der Poli's professional career involves singing as well as recording music for The Walt Disney Company. Her Broadway debut was in 2007 and she performed Off Broadway in 2009. Other credits for her acting include the vampire-themed spoof film Vampires Suck (2010), directed by Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer. van der Pol landed a leading role on the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven as the ditzy Chelsea Daniels. Raven-Symone, Orlando Brown, along with Kyle Massey also appeared. Chelsea Daniels continues to be Van der Pol's most well-known and renowned role amongst teenagers, children and adults. The critics praised her for playing such an outgoing and sometimes snarky character which many initially believed impossible due to her previous serious role. In 2006, she portrayed Heather in Kim Possible. It was her first ever voice role. The year was 2011. van der Pol played Ronnie as a guest in Disney Channel Original Shake It Up. Van der Poli recorded numerous tracks on behalf of Walt Disney Records, including a song that she wrote with Raven-Symone & Orlando Brown for That's So Raven's soundtrack. Over It is a song she recorded to accompany Stuck in Suburbs, a Disney Channel Original Movie. Van der Pol was a part of the Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars with whom she recorded pop/R&B renditions of the Disney's Lion King's Circle of Life and Cinderella's The Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, for special editions of the films. To promote an episode of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol covered the Disney classic Candle on the Water. She also recorded a number of songs from the stage production as well as A Change in Me.
