Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin, and was raised in DeForest, Wisconsin, but she currently lives with her family in Los Angeles. After graduating from DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest as well as Stevens Point University in 1997 with a bachelor of Arts, Anders was born in Madison. In 2001, she earned an advanced master's degree in fine art from Rutgers University. Anders had a relationship with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until the year 2015. They dated on the set of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). The year 2001 was the time Anders started her professional career as a theatre actress. She understudied Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Later, in The Graduate she played Elaine Robinson. She also appeared on stage in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders was also seen in Two New York Stage & Film Productions, Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 at the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. One of Anders' first appearances on television was a commercial for Dannon that ran during the 90s, and again in 2006. Anders was a character of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both shows were cancelled even though she appeared in each episode. Anders has also made guest appearances in One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light, and Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather as well as Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs the show, which ran on television in 2008. Anders was also in two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound was one, as was News To Me another. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single camera workplace comedy written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
